The CMSP Office serves as the coordinating center of its programs and services. The three-storey townhouse type unit houses the Office of the Executive Director with the overall administrative-finance and special services. It has a meeting room and two guest rooms available for staff and mission friends’ use. It was acquired through a special fund and was renovated in the same year before its inauguration in November 1999. The ceremony was attended by CMD Officers led by Pres Dr. Reinhold Wagner, Vice Pres Heinz Steinhaueser, and CMS India Administrator Horst Kowski. It was officially named after its generous donor, the late Mr. Fritz Heim of Germany.
Three decades ago, CMSP established its first Community Childcare Center in an urban poor community in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City. In 1993, CMSP was able to purchase a 390sm lot at Esguerra St, with funds from CMD Germany and constructed a single-storey building for 50 Daycare children. In 1999, a bigger two-storey building was constructed with funds from CMD and the Mission Church in Kunzelsau through then CMD Vice President Rev. Heinz Steinhauser. The building was later named CMSP Kunzelsau Hall as a fitting tribute to the enduring partnership between CMSP and CMD. The Center’s second floor serves as an area for Sunday Worship and CEN activities of the Pinagbuhatan Christian Fellowship and Agape Youth Ministry (AYM). Special events for the children, youth groups, and parents are also held; while the 2 classrooms for Daycare sessions are on the ground floor; other facilities are a kitchen, staff quarters, office, playground, and parent’s waiting area.
The CMSP Daycare Center in Calaca, Batangas is located in a small fishing village in Bgy. Camastilisan. The CMSP Daycare ministry in Calaca started in 1992 under a rented nipa hut near the seashore with 30 children. Two years earlier, Christian leaders from CMD Germany donated funds for the construction of much-needed toilets and water pumps for the poor people in the community. In 1998, with funding support from CMD, a 780sm parcel of land was acquired by CMSP at a nearby location in Camastilisan where the two-storey Child Development Center was built. A small, safe naturally-landscaped playground with a lush garden environment is a haven to young children alongside with their clean, spacious, and colorful nursery classrooms. The 2 storey building was constructed with the following facilities: adjacent classrooms convertible to a Social/Worship Hall, Guest/Staffroom, Office/Records Area, Kitchen and Stock Room, Playground, Surrounding Garden, and Parent’s Waiting Area.
