The CMSP Harvest: Bringing Gifts of Love This Christmas!

link to galleryMembers of the CMSP Harvest, a group of young college graduates and professionals under its Educational Support Program, conducted its annual Christmas gift-giving event for the children held last December 15, 2013 at the Children’s Village. This event coincides with the children’s Christmas Fellowship. This year’s theme is anchored on the CMSP Advent Guide, “The Lights and Sounds of Christmas.” It was their way of giving back to CMSP and giving thanks to God for all the blessings. Every child had a specially-wrapped Christmas gift to celebrate the birth of Jesus. The Harvest President, Rosalyn Remoto ably hosted the Christmas program with Christmas songs and games. CMSP Executive Director Dinah U. Macaranas gave the inspirational message. Dr. Arnel G. Milay of San Lorenzo Ruiz Hospital in Naic, Cavite donated the food and drinks for the event. CMSP thanks all its donors and mission friends who took part in this event.

It is a group of young professionals and college graduates of CMSP. The first event was held last October 26, 2013 at the Zion Hall of the CMS Children’s Village in Naic, Cavite. With the theme ‘ Your Gifts of Love Bring a Thousand Joys to The Children’, the second event was held last November 30, 2013 at the CMSP Pinagbuhatan Center in Pasig City. Led by its able President Rosalyn Remoto, it aims to raise more funds to provide support to the children of CMSP. It was also their own way of giving back to CMSP for all the blessings they received. It was a wonderful opportunity to gather their members and friends to an evening of Christian fellowship and to show their support and participation to the cause of helping needy children prepare for a better future. CMSP is truly grateful for its partnership and cooperation with the CMSP Harvest. We thank and praise the Lord for all the guests and friends who supported this project.
